Q: How are your collars and leashes made?
A: Our dog collars and leashes are handmade in Solon, Ohio using quality materials. We sew ribbon on to heavy synthetic webbing (nylon or polypropylene webbing) and use strong acetyl plastic side-release buckles. Metal hardware is nickel plated and rust resistant. D-rings are welded.
Q: Are your collars and leashes washable?
A: Yes. Machine wash our collars and leashes in a garment bag. Use cool water on gentle cycle. Air dry.
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes. Because our products are made by hand, we can gladly fill your custom order. Please e-mail your special request using the form on the Contact Us page. Examples of some of our custom order items are 1 ½" wide leashes for large breeds, electric fence collars and toy breed collars, to name a few.
Q: Do you accept wholesale orders?
A: Yes. Our wholesale customers are very important to us! We will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Please e-mail us using the form on the Contact Us page.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Our products are made to order and are shipped directly from the designer. As a general rule, please allow one to two weeks for delivery.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Nola & Spencer will gladly accept returns that are received within 30 days of the date you purchased the item. The item must be unused and in perfect condition with the original hang tag attached. You may request an exchange or a refund (shipping and handling is non-refundable). We are not able to accept returns on custom items. Prior to shipping your return, please e-mail us so that we can assign a return authorization number.

Also, please note that ribbon trim will wear differently depending upon the activity level of your dog and the fabric used to manufacture the trim. We are unable to accept returns/exchanges because of trim wear.
